A little gourmet, a little down-home. Feta cheese, olives, tomatoes and fresh basil transform cream cheese into a Mediterranean-inspired dip.
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3/4 cup sliced pitted black olives, drained
- 3/4 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup soft cream cheese spread
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Keebler® Town House® Original crackers
1. In small bowl stir together feta cheese, olives, tomatoes and cream cheese.
2. Mound mixture on serving plate. Press basil around edges. Serve with crackers.
