Olive Cheese Spread
Chopped mixed olives, shreds of cheddar cheese, scoops of yogurt and cream cheese compose an earthy spread with a Mediterranean flavor.
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Kellogg's® Town House® Original Crackers
1. In small bowl stir together cream cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper. Stir in green olives, black olives and Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with Kellogg's® Town House® Original Crackers.
